Rolodex Cards - Tarjetas Rolodex

Today I have two fun rolodex cards to share. I really like these little cards. 

I used acrylic paints, stencils, some markers... I also added some details and a fish to decorate these tiny pieces.

Vuelvo de nuevo con estas dos tarjetitas de mi rolodex. Me resulta muy divertido trabajar en ellas por su diseño y tamaño tan pequeño.

Utilice pinturas acrílicas, plantillas, algunos rotuladores... También añadí varios detalles y un pez para decorar estas pequeñas piezas.

Art Journal Flowers and Circles

Hello everyone! Hope you are all safe and well.
 Today I am sharing a new spread in my art journal. For the bakcground and flowers I used TCW stencils, acrylics paints DecoArt and Distress Paint, and Ranger embossing powder. I also made some doodles, splatters and dots.

Art Journal Spring

Hello everyone! Today I want to share another spread I made in my new art journal. It works perfectly since it is of small size (14,8x21 cm).

Inspired in springtime I used vivid colours. I have drawn some flowers and alter and painted this butterfly. To make the background I used acrylic paints, inks, several markers, stencils, and also washi tape.

¡Hola a todos! Hoy quiero compartir otra página que hice en mi nueva libreta de arte. Es ideal, ya que es de tamaño pequeño (14,8x21 cm).

Inspirada en la primavera, usé colores vivos. Dibujé algunas flores, y alteré y pinté la mariposa.

Para hacer el fondo usé pinturas acrílicas, tintas, varios rotuladores, plantillas y washi tape.

Hello everyone! I want to share another art journal page.

 I really wanted to make a page with a dream catcher, and I also used my favorite colors.

 I used acrylic paints and inks (Distress, DecoArt, Izink, Dylusions ...), several markers (Posca, Sharpie...), stencils (Tim Holtz, DecoArt, TCW...), and my feathers design.

Sea ATC

Hello everyone!  Today I want to share my new ATC card.

Artist trading cards are small cards created on 2.5 x 3.5 inch or 64 x 89 mm  in size.

I created this ATC with a fantastic sea stamp using embossing powders to create some texture and various markers to color. For the background I used metallic paints, Distress Glitter, a dot stencil and modeling paste.

ATC's son pequeñas tarjetas creadas para intercambio entre artistas y sus medidas son 2.5 x 3.5 pulgadas o 64 x 89 mm.

Creé este ATC con un fantástico sello marino usando polvos de estampado para crear algo de textura y varios rotuladores para colorear. Para el fondo utilicé pinturas metálicas, Distress Glitter, una plantilla de puntos y pasta de modelar.

Art Journal Magical World

Hello everyone and thanks for visiting my blog today!

One of my favorite things is creating fantastic scenes,  so today I am sharing another mixed media page I made in my square art journal. 

I used the fabulous TH Cityscape Metropolis dies to made this colorful city.

I prepared the backgrounds using different colors of inks and paints (Distress, Dylusions), texture paste and various Tim Holtz stencils. I also used some small  stamps and Distress and Posca markers.

I think it's a fun desing. I hope you like it!

Crear escenas fantásticas es algo que me entusiasma, así que hoy os muestro otra página de técnica mixta que he creado en mi diario de arte de formato cuadrado.

Para hacer esta ciudad tan colorida he utilizado el fabuloso troquel de TH Cityscape Metropolis.

Preparé el fondo con diferentes colores de tintas y pinturas Distress y Dylusions, pasta de textura, y varias plantillas de Tim Holtz. También he usado algunos sellos pequeños y rotuladores de Posca y Distress.

Mini album mixed media

Hello everyone!  I'm sorry that it's been so long since my last post. I have been very busy and also decided to renovate my craft space, but I am so glad to be here again sharing this mini album. 

For the cover of my album, I wanted as the focal point this beautiful framed face.

The frame is a part of the Tim Holtz Alterations die - Postage Stamp Frame-. I then applied crackle paste to add texture to it. I also added some embellishments and Finnabair micro beads bronze.

¡Hola a todos! Lamento que haya pasado tanto tiempo desde mi última publicación. He estado muy ocupada y también decidí renovar mi espacio de arte, pero estoy muy contenta de estar aquí de nuevo compartiendo este mini álbum. 

Para la portada de mi álbum, quería como foco principal esta bonita cara enmarcada. El marco lo hice con parte de un troquel de Tim Holtz Alterations - Postage Stamp Frame. Después, apliqué pasta de craquelar para darle textura. También añadí varios adornos y micro beads bronze Finnabair.

Aquí podéis ver como ha quedado el lomo. ¡Me encantan los lomos de encaje!

I really like the idea of combining patterned papers and my mixed media supplies.

 I also used for more effects and color DecoArt metallic paints (bronze, copper, glod, blue) and also  green, white, black. Distress ink Wild Honey and Tumbled Glass. Prima paints Jade...

 Me encanta la idea de ir combinando papeles estampados y mis materiales de medios mixtos.

Paper photo frame and a simple pocket page with tags and photo frames.

Marcos hechos con papel y una sencilla página con un bolsillo para tags y marcos para fotos.

The different plants are from Sizzix by Tim Holtz - Garden Greens die set.

Las diferentes plantas son de un troquel de Sizzix Tim Holtz - Garden Greens.

For the back of the frames I used translucent vellum paper.

Para la parte posterior de los marcos utilicé papel vegetal translúcido.

Aquí hay lugar para más fotos en la parte interior.

I used a piece of vellum paper translucent to make this beautiful envelope. 

  Este bonito sobre lo hice con papel vegetal translucido.

In My Garden

Hello everyone! It's time for another challenge at Try It On Tuesday. 

This fortnight the theme is In My Garden.  

I hope you enjoy all the design team creations, they have created beautiful projects to inspire you.

Today's project is a crackled frame with a garden motif inside.

For the background base, I stamped flowers and some insects stamps with Archival inks (Cobalt and Olive) and Colorbox (Chianti) on an old book page. After, I added some paint splatters sparingly, and also inked the edges. I  love the cracked paint surfaces, so I used DecoArt crackle paste on my thick cardboard frame. The metal word band is from Tim Holtz - Idea-ology.

Espero que encontréis inspiración en las fantásticas creaciones del equipo de diseño.

El proyecto de hoy es un marco craquelado con un motivo floral en su interior.

Para hacer la base de fondo, estampé varios sellos de flores e insectos con Archival inks  (Cobalt y Olive) y Colorbox (Chianti) en una página de libro antiguo. Después, agregué algunas salpicaduras de pintura con moderación, y también entinté los bordes. Me encantan las superficies de pintura agrietada, así que utilicé pasta de craquelar DecoArt en el marco de cartón. La banda de metal es de Tim Holtz - Idea-ology.

Steampunk / Mechanical

 This fortnight at Try it on Tuesday the challenge is Steampunk / Mechanical.

This time I made a masculine card  with a stemapunk design.

For the main focal point of my project I used a steampunk stamp from Viva Decor.  For the frame I used Sizzix - Tim Holtz Alterations Vintage Gabinet. The gears are from Sizzix - Tim Holtz Alterations dies and  Docrafts - Papermania metal gear. I also used some Distress Ink (Tumbled Glass, Broken China...), acrylic paints, Antiques rust embossing powders Ranger and Inka-Gold Viva. To decorate it I also used some metal pieces.

 El reto de esta quincena en Try it on Tuesday es Steampunk / Mechanical. 

Me encantaría que os pasarais por TIOT y estoy segura de que encontraréis mucha inspiración en las creaciones del equipo de diseño.

Esta vez he hecho una tarjeta masculina con un diseño steampunk.

Para crear mi proyecto he usado como punto focal un sello steampunk de Viva Decor. El marco lo he hecho con un troquel de Sizzix - Tim Holtz Alterations Vintage Gabinet. Los engranajes son de Sizzix - Tim Holtz Alterations dies y  Docrafts - Papermania metal gear. Feathered Friends

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog! The theme this fortnight at Try It On Tuesday is Feathered Friends. I hope you can join us for this great challenge!

 Today I have another mixed media card for your inspiration.
I started using a white corrugated cardboard card base, then I made a base that I used different mediums and techniques. This time I gessoed, painted, inked, stamped and stenciled. To finish, I added washi tape and distressed the eddges.

Para este reto y esperando que os sirva de inspiración, hice una tarjeta de medios mixtos. 
Empecé con una base de cartón corrugado blanco, después una base en la que he utilizado varios medios y técnicas:  gesso, pinturas, tintas, sellos y plantillas. Para acabar he añadido washi tape y he envejecido los bordes con tinta distress.

Materials I used:

White Cardstock and white corrugated cardboard.

Multi Medium and Gesso Ranger. 

Tim Holtz Distress Paint - Ranger: -salty ocean- and -broken china-.

Distress Ink -black- and - squeezed lemonade -.

Little things mean a lot

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog! It's time for another challenge at Try It On Tuesday.
This fortnight is all about something that measures no more than 4 inches (10,16 cm.) square, but it would have to fit into the square shape.
For my project, I decided to create this mixed media mini card.

Para mi proyecto, decidí crear esta mini tarjeta de medios mixtos.

Buttons and Bows - GDT at Scrapping4fun Challenges

Hello everyone! Today I am thrilled to share my second GDT project for the fantastic Scrapping4funChallenges. Thanks so much to Rachelle and the Team for this opportunity.

Buttons and Bows is the theme of the challenge #88. A really nice theme!

For my project, I decided to create a canvas. I started by preparing my base with clear gesso, then I used modeling paste through a stencil for texture and some inks to color. 

I added lots of layers and flowers under the frame, and a lot of embellishment over the whole surface including  some buttons and bows.
To finish, I splattered whole piece with various colors of acrylic paints.

Most of the materials and dies used are from Prima, Sizzix and Tim Holtz.
The chipboard buttons are a gift from my sweet blog-friend Yvonne, and I thought it would be a good opportunity to use them.

Botones y Lazos es el tema para el reto #88. ¡Un bonito tema!

Para mi proyecto, decidí trabajar con un lienzo. Empece preparando la base con una fina capa de gesso, después usé pasta de modelar y una plantilla para la textura y varias tintas para el color. 

Añadí muchas capas y flores bajo el marco y mucho adornos por todo el lienzo, incluyendo botones y lazos.
Para terminar, salpiqué toda la pieza con varios colores de pinturas acrílicas.

La mayoría de los materiales y troqueles usados son de Prima, Sizzix y Tim Holtz.
Los botones de cartón son un regalo de mi blog-amiga Yvonne, y pensé que esta sería una buena ocasión para usarlos.

TIME FOR TEA

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog!

 This fortnight at  Try It On Tuesday the challenge is  "Time for Tea". I hope you enjoy all the design team creations, they have created fabulous projects to inspire you.

I made this project as a gift to a friend, who has a wonderful Tea Shop in Barcelona, I hope she will like it. I was inspired by a tea time napkin, which I modified slightly in order to adapt to my design. After I cut out the teapot and the tea cup and added them on a mixed media background made with a watch embossing folder and acrylics paints. I also added some washi tape strips, lace and Tim Holtz idea-ology smal talk words. The flowers and leaves are from Sizzix - Tim Holtz -Tattered Florals and Garden Greens- dies set.

                  Esta quincena en Try It On Tuesday el reto es "Time for Tea". Espero que encontréis                                                 inspiración en las fantásticas creaciones del equipo de diseño.

He hecho este proyecto como un regalo para una amiga que tiene un tienda de tés maravillosa en Barcelona, espero que le guste. Me inspiré en una servilleta con dibujos de teteras y tazas de té, y que modifiqué ligeramente para adaptar a mi diseño. Después los recorté y añadí en  mi fondo mix media hecho con una carpeta de grabación de relojes y pinturas acrílicas. También añadí varias tiras de washi tape, puntilla y una frase de  Tim Holtz idea-ology smal talk. Para las flores y las hojas utilicé troqueles de  Sizzix - Tim Holtz -Tattered Florals and Garden Greens-.
