HORSE - CABALLO

Hello everyone! This fortnight  at Try it on Tuesday, the challenge is to 'ANIMALS', and as always there's lots of inspiration from my fantastic team-mates. As you can see, today my DT project are 3 tags with several wonderful horses, and I hope you like them. 

I started by creating the base of my tags with 3 cardstock pieces and covering the whole outside with red metallic paint. This paint is a great way to add texture without adding more layers. When this was dry, I covered them with scrapbook paper (KaiserCraft), and just around edges I used  Distress Ink Pads (TH-Ranger) to give it that aged look. I also used Stazon and Memento Inks, and I applied plants and horses (Inkadinkado) with acrylic stamps.

¡Hola a todo el mundo! Esta quincena en Try it on Tuesday,  el tema del reto es sobre «Animales», y como siempre hay mucha inspiración de mis fantásticas compañeras del equipo de diseño. Como podéis ver, hoy mi proyecto DT son tres etiquetas con varios caballos maravillosos, y que espero que os hayan gustado tanto como a mi. 

Empecé creando la base de mis etiquetas con tres trozos de cartulina, y cubrí toda la superficie con pintura metálica roja. Esta pintura es fantástica para dar textura sin tener que añadir más capas. Una vez seco, cubrí la cartulina con papel de scrapbook (KaiserCraft), y entinté los bordes usando almohadillas Distress Ink (TH-Ranger) para darle un aspecto envejecido. También usé tintas StazOn y  Memento, y apliqué las plantas y los caballos (Inkadinkado) con sellos acrílicos.
