This is my journal page for the challenge ART JOURNAL JOURNEY, this month the theme is 'FRIDA KAHLO'. I really like this fantastic and so passionate Mexican painter (1907 -1954).
I want to thank to Valerie (from Bastelmania) for making so many wonderful examples and to Susi for this great challenge.
I drew the portrait (and flowers, leaves, bird...) with pencils and then I added Caran D'Ache watercolour pencils. To create the background I used two stencils and Tim Holtz Distress Ink and also VersaCraft.
He dibujado y pintado a Frida (y flores, hojas, pájaro ...) con lápices y lápices acuarelables Caran D'Ache.
Have a great week!
